Cairn Perch - Male goldfinch
Male goldfinch perched on a rock cairn. My friend, Lili, has a wonderful collection of rock cairns in her beautiful yard on the Middle Fork of the North Fork River. I took the opportunity to photograph references of the rock cairns to paint and perch local birds.
