Friends - Skipper & Junco
Yes, this really did happen! Our sweet rescue dog, Skipper, sniffed a dark-eyed Junco after a window collision with our front door. I snapped a couple of pictures and knew that one day I would paint this precious interaction. After the picture was taken, Skipper rested near the bird until it flew away.
