Grandma's Closet - Chipping Sparrow
When I visited the Brinton Museum several years ago, I took pictures in their historic farm house. There were beautiful quilts displayed in a closet and I knew I had to paint this moment in time. I painted it several times and changed the birds in each painting. My mother made beautiful quilts and this painting makes me think of her.
