Bunting Branch Evolution
From the UW Art of Hybridization series, Bunting Branch Evolution is a large cottonwood tree with Buntings filling the tree as if they were leaves. On the left side their are Lazuli Buntings, on the right Indigo Buntings and in the middle a few Hybrid Buntings. The road in the background is to help visualize how the birds and road intersect in the hybrid zone.
