North Fork River

Looking north out my studio windows I enjoy the beautiful North Fork of the Popo Agie River. Popo Agie means 'beginning of the waters'. I always love looking out the window and seeing this wild and natural River!
I often see birds and other wildlife as the River offers a fresh, cold drink or a refreshing cool dip. Knowing this is a glacier fed River makes it even more wild and special. The river's headwaters are at Lonesome Lake in the Wind River Range, and it flows eastward until its end near Lander, Wyoming when it joins the Middle Fork Popo Agie River.
